When people are feeling down and out, they often fail to remember that a failure does not fix anything. When you finally realise you don’t have to deal with that issue, you can feel a sense of relaxation, but it won’t last long when you want to give up.
It doesn’t matter if you’re attempting to kick a smoking, drinking, or other bad habit, or if you’re trying to accomplish a specific objective; if you quit up when the going gets tough, you’ll end yourself back where you started. Whether it’s deciding to end a relationship, changing careers, moving to a new place, or leaving friends behind, everyone has to make difficult decisions at some time in their lives. We are all in some way impacted by it.
Thus, do not be shy about consulting close friends or family members for a second view. In certain cases, they may even be able to offer advice that you never would have thought of on your own.
Don’t forget your initial inspiration and how desperately you desire this
Go back to when you originally had the inspiration for this undertaking. Do you recall the anticipation and pleasure of the trip ahead? At the outset, you were focused on a particular goal, and you had a crystal-clear picture in your head of how the final product would look. That seemed simple at first, but maintaining that simplicity has been difficult.

That may sound strange, but constantly remember to be grateful for what you have. A strong attitude must bear this in mind constantly.
